Form submissions should be delivered through a private business account with limited access. Clients may request correction or deletion of inquiry details when the information is no longer needed for scheduling, records, or legal/business obligations.
Because intake forms may include disability-related information, clients should avoid submitting medical records unless the training team specifically requests a document for scheduling or planning.
